Terms & Conditions
Exilian Pro members booking any equipment must state which pieces of equipment are required, the length of time the equipment is needed and when the equipment is expected to be returned.
An agreement will be sent by Exilian Studios to be signed by the Exilian Pro member in exchange of the equipment and knowledge of the liability and costs to repair or replace parts for the rented equipment.
Exilian Pro members may rent any item of equipment for personal and professional use. Exilian Pro members renting the equipment are fully liable for any damages to the equipment that they have agreed to take care of during the time that they have rented it even if the damage was not caused by them personally.
Any damages caused to the equipment must be reported to Exilian Studios immediately. Any replacement parts or fixes found on the equipment that are not issued by Exilian Studios will be charged a penalty fee for the exact amount of the replacement parts required to fully restore the broken equipment. Costs for damages and or replacement of parts must be covered by the name/s assigned to the agreement.
From the day of let the artist has up to 30 days to pay for the rental of equipment.
